We use third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenRouter, Google Gemini) to power our services. Your use is also subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party actions or policies.

Service Availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services, implement usage limits, or perform maintenance at any time.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, or that generated images are free from copyright claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or content you upload or generate.

Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for violations, illegal activity, or other reasons. You may stop using our services at any time.

Governing Law
